Zechariah 9:9 "Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout, Daughter of Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and having salvation, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey."
John 12:14-15 "Jesus found a young donkey and sat upon it, as it is written..."
God spoke it through Zechariah and Jesus fulfilled it. That's what He does. He brings the Bible to life. It's not a book of stories or a list of guidelines. It's His story and it's our story and it's the living, breathing Word of Life...
And what if I live like I believe it today?
Acts 1:8 "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you..."
Romans 6:18 "You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness."
2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!"
Ephesians 2:8-9 "...it is the gift of God-not by works..."
Philippians 4:4-7 "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."
Proverbs 31:25 "She is clothed with strength and dignity."
Galatians 6:9 "...at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."
Hebrews 4:16 "Let us then approach the throne of race with confidence."

These words can be shown true in my own life if I choose to believe them. There is evidence throughout this Book that God keeps His word. Will I live like I believe it? Not based on what I feel, but on what I know to be true?

You are all this and more, O God. There are things about you we can't even imagine. And it brings my heart to worship. Teach me to live in belief, trusting Your word is true and it will happen as you have said...
